Terry Williams, CEO & Chairman
As the company's founder, Terry Williams leads TWC Group's overall strategic direction. A serial entrepreneur, strategic business advisor and venture capitalist, Terry's career has been dedicated to changing the way that executives and investors look at growing their business. His depth of experience in designing human capital strategies to build successful businesses led him to the establish TWC Group (formerly T. Williams Consulting) to share how these best practices can create competitive advantage.
Terry serves as strategic advisor and investor to numerous organizations. Additionally, he is co-founder and a managing partner of NextStage Capital, a venture capital fund that seeks out promising but undiscovered early stage software and hardware companies in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Terry holds degrees in Criminology and Psychology from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Christopher Betzler, Vice President & CFO
As vice president and chief financial officer for TWC Group, Chris Betzler is responsible for the strategic direction and planning of the company's financial, legal and technology matters. He also oversees all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, planning and analysis. Chris has more than 20 years of experience as finance professional, from running company-wide financial consolidations to ISO 9001 quality initiatives for Finance and Manufacturing.
Chris holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Neumann College and a MBA from Widener University.
Robert Rosend, President, HR Outsourcing Division
Robert Rosend oversees the operational management and strategic direction of TWC Group's HR Outsourcing (HRO) Division. A seasoned HR professional, Robert has more than 28 years of experience in a broad range of settings. Robert was previously the founder and president of HR Impact, a full-service Human Resources management services company that recently merged with TWC Group. Under his leadership, the company has helped reorganize HR Departments, align HR work with critical strategic objectives and ensured that clients receive consistent "best practice" HR support in order to be as competitive in their respective markets as possible.
Robert received a B.S. degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin and a Master's degree in counseling psychology from Ball State University.
Leslie Hafter, VP, Recruitment Process Outsourcing Division
As Vice President of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Division, Leslie is responsible for the strategic vision and operational management of the largest business segment of the TWC Group. Leslie leads a team of more than 75 consultants across seven states that deliver solutions for maximizing the integration, efficiency and quality of their clients' recruitment function. Leslie has over 15 years of strategic and tactical recruiting experience in pharmaceutical, telecommunications, high-tech, financial services, venture capital, engineering, e-commerce and professional services environments.
Leslie holds a Bachelors degree in English Literature from Vassar College.
Michael Sweeny, VP, NextStage Capital Recruiting Services
Mike Sweeny is responsible for recruiting the executives that round out the management teams at NextStage Capital's portfolio companies. The executive team is critical for any emerging growth company, and Mike's expertise is in finding executives that are experienced and proven and that complement the existing management team. Mike has more than 25 years of leadership experience in both HR and recruitment for early stage, mid-cap and Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller high tech firms.
Mike holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science from University of Delaware and a Masters degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University.
Christopher Doherty, VP, Sales & Business Development
With over 12 years of experience in the human capital space, Christopher Doherty oversees the sales, business development, and marketing organization within TWC. Mr. Doherty also directs the long-term strategic planning of the sales organization and leads the corporate development efforts. He is responsible for the direct day-to-day management of sales and partnerships for all of TWC’s service offerings within the Emerging Growth and Fortune 500 marketplaces. Prior to joining TWC, Mr. Doherty was the President & CEO of a boutique search firm that specialized in sales & marketing positions within the pharmaceutical and managed care verticals. He helped to build sales/marketing teams for companies such as Warner Lambert, Eckerd Health, and CIGNA HealthCare.
At the University of Maryland at College Park, Mr. Doherty held a major in Economics and a minor in Philosophy.
