T. Williams Consulting Announces Promotions and Appointments
Collegeville, PA (March 23, 2001) – T. Williams Consulting (TWC),
a management consulting firm specializing in strategic staffing has announced
its internal promotions and the appointment of several new staff members
in New York/New Jersey region.
Terry Williams, President and CEO, has promoted Kim Shaw to the position
of Director, Human Capital. In this new role, Shaw will be responsible
for providing the strategic direction for all TWC recruiting initiatives,
in addition to providing leadership for all internal Human Capital activities
including: employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management,
and in conjunction with SSP, career development and training.
Shaw joined TWC in January 1998 as a Staffing Consultant and was appointed
Resource Manager in mid-2000. As Resource Manager, Shaw has been instrumental
in helping TWC to grow to just under 100 employees, implementing the TWC
employee referral program, design and implementation of Boot Camp, and
assisting in organizational realignments. This included the recent Region/Area
Manager restructuring and introduction of the new Management Consultant
titling structure. Since joining TWC, she has worked with Mail.com, Office.com,
Paytrust and Tachion Networks. Shaw came to TWC with over 7 years in the
Staffing and Human Resources industry. She has a Bachelors degree in Psychology
from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Shaw resides in Burlington, NJ.
Mark Nies has been promoted to the position of Area Manager in the Northeast
region. In this new role, Nies will manage the delivery of quality TWC
Project Staffing services, including daily client management and the direction,
development, and training of assigned TWC consultants.
Nies joined TWC in September 1999 as a Staffing Consultant and has most
recently been successfully managing the Flarion project. He joined TWC
with over 5 years in the technical sales industry, most recently with
Hexaware Technologies where he functioned as an Account Manager. He has
studied Business at both St. Leo College and Raritan Valley Community
College. Nies is a resident of Basking Ridge, NJ.
