T. Williams Consulting Provides Talent Acquisition Services to ABFS, Coviant, UtMOST Technologies, Inc. and Elcom Technologies

Collegeville, PA (May 16, 2001) – T. Williams Consulting (TWC), a management consulting firm specializing in human capital solutions, has announced an agreement to provide talent acquisition services to American Business Financial Services, Inc. (ABFS), located in Bala Cynwyd, PA, Coviant, located in Philadelphia, PA, UtMOST Technologies, Inc. in Warren, NJ and Elcom Technologies in Rockleigh, NJ.

TWC is working with the CIO and the Human Resources department at ABFS on talent acquisition efforts for more than a dozen key information technology openings, and is planning an on-site IT open house to attract qualified candidates. In addition, TWC is managing the entire strategic staffing process, including requisition development, posting, and management, applicant tracking, and recruiting. ABFS is a financial services holding company, providing diverse investment products and credit services to consumers and businesses nationwide.

At Coviant, TWC is coordinating the company’s start-up recruitment needs. TWC also helped to represent Coviant at the Optical Fiber Conference in March 2001. At utMOST Technologies, TWC recently completed a Phase 1 and Executive Debriefing. TWC’s on-site management consultants are now in the process of deploying a customized talent acquisition strategy. utMOST Technologies, Inc. is a recent startup company in advanced chip designs for broadband communications applications with a significant amount of first round funding from Bessemer Venture Partners and Kleiner Perkins.

TWC has also been brought on-site by Elcom Technologies to recruit a superstar Sr. Level Lead RF and Microwave Design Engineer to take Elcom to the next level. Elcom is a privately-held, rapid growth technology company that designs, develops, markets and manufactures state-of-the-art RF/Microwave signaling devices for segments of the optical and wireless Communication markets.
