T. Williams Consulting Named to Inc. 500 List of America’s
Fastest-growing Private Companies
Firm closes year with new clients, regional and
industry recognition
Collegeville, PA (December 19, 2001) – T. Williams Consulting (TWC),
a world-class management consulting firm specializing in human capital
solutions, has been named to the 2001 Inc. 500 List, Inc. magazine’s
annual list of America’s fastest-growing private companies.
Ranking in the first half (# 240) of the prestigious list, TWC was chosen
based on the company’s percentage increase in sales from 1996 through
2001. This year’s Inc. 500 honorees boast an average five-year growth
rate of 1,933 percent, the highest since 1996. The Inc. 500 honor was
just the latest of several accolades earned by TWC. In November, the company
was named to the Philly 100, an annual ranking of the 100 fastest growing
companies in the greater Philadelphia region. The Philly 100 is sponsored
by the Wharton Small Business Development Center and the Entrepreneurs’
Forum of Greater Philadelphia. In addition, TWC was chosen as one of the
100 fastest growing IT staffing/services firms in the U.S. by Purple Squirrel,
the strategy magazine for the IT staffing/services industry.
All of these awards reflect TWC’s impressive growth during 2001,
a year in which the company signed many new clients. TWC is now delivering
full-service human capital outsourcing to Enerwise Global Technologies
in Kennett Square, PA, a key player in the energy information market.
Other new clients include Digital 5, Inc., Lawrenceville, NJ, the fastest-growing
embedded systems provider in North America, with revenues growing in excess
of 100% per year; eResearchTechnology, Philadelphia, PA, a business-to-business
provider of integrated software applications and technology consulting
services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries;
Keane Tracers Service Corporation, West Conshohocken, PA, which locates
the rightful owners of unclaimed intangible assets; and Soniq Systems,
Downingtown, PA, an audio/video infrastructure company that develops products
for the multi-billion dollar sound reinforcement and lighting systems
markets.
In addition, TWC recently launched a Human Resource Services division
designed to give small and mid-size companies access to the human resource
expertise they need to grow their businesses.
“All industries require excellence in talent acquisition and retention,
and we’re pleased that our expertise and track record of helping
companies achieve success is being recognized,” says Terry Williams,
president and CEO of TWC. “In a tough year for businesses as a whole,
TWC continues to succeed—thanks to the hard work and dedication
of our highly qualified staff.”
