T. Williams Consulting, Inc. Signs Five New Clients in January
Firm is off to a smashing start in 2002
Collegeville, PA (February 13, 2002) – T. Williams Consulting (TWC),
a world-class management consulting firm specializing in human capital
solutions, started the new year off strong by signing five new clients
in just four weeks.
TWC’s new clients are McNeil Consumer & Specialty Pharmaceuticals,
of Fort Washington, PA; Heartland Payment Systems, of Scottsdale, AZ;
FASTNET Corporation, of Bethlehem, PA; DoctorQuality.com, of Conshohocken,
PA, and Certa ProPainters, of Oaks, PA.
McNeil Consumer & Specialty Pharmaceuticals, the nation’s leading
manufacturer and marketer of over-the-counter pharmaceuticals, has engaged
TWC to drive their recruiting initiatives. McNeil is the largest and most
profitable consumer company in the Johnson & Johnson network.
TWC will provide Talent Acquisition services to Heartland Payment Systems,
which provides businesses of all sizes with one-stop solutions for payroll
processing, traditional and Internet card processing, and fraud protection
and prevention programs. Heartland is the 15th largest merchant
acquirer in the U.S. To support their expansion efforts, TWC will recruit
sales professionals on a national basis.
TWC will provide a variety of services to FASTNET Corporation and DoctorQuality.com,
with a focus on building their sales force infrastructures. FASTNET is
an Internet services company currently building broadband and wireless
infrastructure to provide high-speed, dedicated and reliable Internet
services to businesses of all sizes. DoctorQuality.com is the world’s
first quality benefits management company devoted to selecting and improving
clinical quality for key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
Finally, Certa ProPainters, one of the largest residential painting companies
in the U.S., utilized TWC for an intensive 20-day training and development
project aimed at (1) documenting Certa ProPainters’ painting operations
processes and (2) providing visual training aids to their franchisees.
With TWC’s help, Certa ProPainters will maintain their excellent
reputation — that the details of every paint job are cared for from
start to finish.
“The economic slowdown has certainly not hindered our momentum,
as we continue to fill a need in the industry,” says Terry Williams,
president and CEO of TWC. “Bringing on five new clients in
the first four weeks of the New Year is a validation that even in tough
economic times, we continue to provide highly valued services to our clients.”
In addition to signing new clients, TWC recently launched a Human Resource
Services division designed to give small and mid-size companies access
to the human resource expertise that they need to grow their businesses.
“All industries require excellence in talent acquisition and retention,
and we’re pleased that our expertise and track record of helping
companies achieve success is being recognized,” says Williams.
“In a tough time for businesses as a whole, TWC continues to succeed
— thanks to the hard work and dedication of our highly qualified
staff.”
