TWC Offers Applicant ProTrak™ Hiring Management System, Attractability Factor Analysis, and Career Web Site Evaluation

Collegeville, PA (June 12, 2002) – Applicant ProTrak™, a unique web-based talent acquisition tool offered by T. Williams Consulting (TWC), allows companies to measure the effectiveness of their talent acquisition function. This proprietary software integrates a resume search and retrieval database with an applicant-tracking database, which can analyze the success of source effectiveness, recruiter performance, cycle time, and other recruiting functions.

TWC teamed up with Gray Fin Technologies to create this innovative system as a cost effective, comprehensive, ASP-based hiring management system.

When Sarnoff Corporation needed to hire 100 highly specialized technologists, they implemented TWC’s Applicant ProTrak™ system so potential employees could be tracked from initial posting of the job, to submission of resumes, to routing, interviewing, offer acceptance, and start date.  In addition, Sarnoff was able to use the tracking tool to report all EEO compliance data.

TWC will be providing demonstrations of Applicant ProTrak™ at SHRM’s 54th Annual Conference in June.

In addition to Applicant ProTrak™, TWC is also offering booth visitors the chance to win a comprehensive Attractability Factor Analysis or Career Web Site Evaluation.  The Attractability Factor Analysis is an assessment that examines the competitive advantages and disadvantages of attracting and retaining top talent. The Attractability Factor Analysis identifies the external and internal factors (e.g., brand awareness, location, corporate culture, compensation & benefits, training, and market perception) that attract A-Players or dissuade them from considering employment at an organization.

"Our Attractability Factor Analysis provides a framework for promoting a company's advantages and addressing improvements that need to be made in recruiting and retention initiatives," explains Terry Williams, President and CEO, TWC.

The Career Web Site Evaluation uses a Career Site Scorecard™ to analyze and rate a career site in 10 key areas including, but not limited to, overall presence, content, branding and image, job posting, and application process. The evaluation enables companies to significantly improve their web sites; thus improving the effectiveness of their recruiting initiatives.
