Collegeville, PA (July 22, 2002) – Seasoned professionals Dan McKinney and Heidi Gray-Devita have joined the world-class human capital management consulting firm of T. Williams Consulting, Inc. (TWC). In their new positions, McKinney is Managing Director of Business Launch Consulting and Gray-Devita is Managing Director of Sales.

Dan McKinney has more than 15 years of experience launching products, services, and businesses; evaluating and investing in early stage companies; and serving on the Boards of Directors of several start-up organizations.

Most recently, McKinney was co-founder of Drexel Partners, helping Mid-Atlantic technology companies locate, evaluate, and acquire underutilized technology from venture firms and bank portfolios. He left that entrepreneurial startup to join TWC where he brings his experience in evaluating investment opportunities as a venture capitalist to position Business Launch clients as "Investments of Choice." At TWC, McKinney is focused on jump-starting early stage companies and preparing them for growth and fundraising.

Before starting Drexel Partners, McKinney was vice president and officer at Safeguard Scientifics, responsible for $120 million of investments in software companies. Prior to that, he spent a decade rising through the ranks of IBM Corporation. There, McKinney was an integral part of launching one of IBM's largest Internet initiatives in the Financial Services industry.

McKinney currently serves on the investment advisory board of Ben Franklin Technology Partners, and has served on the investment committees of BaseCamp Ventures and Profile Venture Partners.

Heidi Gray-Devita is a sales and marketing professional that specializes in launching start-up ventures and leading sales turnaround initiatives that increase productivity and employee retention.

Prior to joining TWC, Gray-Devita helped found Healthcare Executive Partners, LLC, a strategic consulting firm specializing in health care marketing, new business launch, and management consulting for emerging growth businesses. There, she provided sales and marketing consultation to pharmaceutical as well as healthcare companies. Not limited to working in healthcare, she also led a sales turnaround initiative for a financial services firm.

Previously, Gray-Devita served as vice president, sales for U.S. Healthcare. During her tenure, she led several sales expansion efforts, established the company's first National Accounts Department, and launched the start-up and sales of the company's first non-HMO subsidiary.

In her role as Managing Director of Sales at TWC, Gray-Devita is responsible for generating new business across all of TWC's service offerings, expanding its geographic reach, and developing new target markets. She also provides management consulting services, implementing sales process improvement initiatives for TWC clients.
