Audubon PA (November 16, 2006) – In the past two years, TWC Group, a leading provider of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) based in Audubon, Pa., has doubled in growth and nearly tripled its client list. Today the company announced several new and expanded client partnerships for the third quarter of 2006. Projects are underway for new clients, including NeatReceipts, GAIN Capital and Shire Pharmaceuticals, while key recruitment partnerships have been expanded with Advanced Automation Associates, Lumeta and CertainTeed.

NeatReceipts, the founder of the revolutionary Scanalizer scanner and software solution to electronically organize receipts and expenses, partnered with TWC Group in order to formalize and conduct full-cycle recruiting. TWC Group was the driving force in helping to successfully on board a new chief technology officer (CTO) in addition to several key stakeholder positions in the technology group. NeatReceipts placed #1 on the 2006 Philadelphia 100 list of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the Greater Philadelphia region. TWC Group also received this recognition.

GAIN Capital, a provider of online foreign exchange trading services to individual and institutional investors in more than 140 countries, is growing exponentially and requested TWC Group to recruit for more than 50 positions ranging from sales and marketing to customer support and administration. TWC Group's recruiting efforts have increased GAIN Capital's productivity and have helped the company more effectively execute their high growth business strategy.

Shire Pharmaceuticals, a leading global specialty pharmaceutical company that develops and markets products to specialist physicians, engaged TWC Group for a new recruitment outsourcing agreement to fill a range of medical science positions, including medical science liaisons and senior product managers.

Advanced Automation, which specializes in the development of real-time performance management systems for the process and discrete manufacturing industries, grew from a single person engagement to a full recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) project. The TWC Group team has recruited several new technical, engineering, and sales candidates and is managing 2007 recruiting plans as the company expects to continue significant expansion in 2007.

Lumeta, a leading provider of network intelligence, sought TWC Group's recruitment expertise and industry network to place a key leadership position within the company. TWC conducted a local, mid-Atlantic and national search for this position and was able to execute this 90-day process in less than 60 days. As a result of this successful search, TWC Group was asked to continue recruiting for another executive position.

CertainTeed, a premier building materials manufacturer and subsidiary of global manufacturing leader Saint-Gobain, expanded their partnership with TWC Group this fall.
