Audubon, PA (August 13, 2007) – TWC Group, a leading provider of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and human resources outsourcing (HRO) based in Audubon, Pa., has enjoyed many successes during the first half of 2007, building on its rapid, but strategic, growth from last year. Today the company announced several new and expanded client partnerships, further positioning TWC Group as the Philadelphia region's premier provider of talent recruitment and retention strategies.

Projects are underway for 12 new RPO clients this year, including several niche companies from diverse industries. Included among the new RPO clients are Managers Investment Group (MIG), an investment advisory firm; Fiberlink, a provider of network security and connectivity for mobile employees; and Instem, a global information solutions provider for Life Sciences R&D. "Due to the especially high demand for our software this year, recruiting the right people quickly is vital to our ability to serve our customers while continuing our rapid growth," commented David Wheeler, professional services manager at Instem. "By integrating so quickly into our company's processes and culture, the on-site TWC consultants have been able to more easily and rapidly identify and advance candidates, which led to the filling of a key Project Management position right away." Recruitment partnerships have also been expanded with 20 existing RPO clients.

TWC continues to deliver for its executive search clients as well, having been engaged to take on new responsibilities at several companies including MEDecision, a software, services and clinical content provider to health care payers, and Ocean Power Technologies, Inc., a company developing systems that generate electricity by harnessing the renewable energy of ocean waves. It is also expanding its executive search work with more than 10 existing clients including NutriSystem, a leading provider of weight management and fitness products and services.
