COMSYS IT PARTNERS ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF
T. WILLIAMS CONSULTING, LLC, A LEADING PROVIDER OF
RECRUITMENT PROCESS OUTSOURCING SERVICES

HOUSTON, TX (December 19, 2007) – COMSYS IT Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ:CITP) today announced the acquisition of T. Williams Consulting, LLC, a leading Philadelphia-based provider of recruitment process outsourcing and specialty HR consulting services primarily to commercial customers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. COMSYS expects the acquisition to be accretive to earnings in 2008.
