New COMSYS Group Will Offer Integrated BPO Solutions for Human Resource Fulfillment and Management Needs

HOUSTON, TX (February 14, 2008) – COMSYS IT Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ:CITP) today announced the formation of its Process Solutions Group to focus on providing complete resource management solutions for clients, including vendor management systems and services ("VMS"), recruitment process outsourcing ("RPO"), services procurement management ("SPM") and other similar services. These workforce solutions will provide visibility into the resource and vendor selection and management processes to address the challenges of fulfilling and maintaining an effective workforce balance of full-time employees, contingent staff, independent contractors, consultants and outsourced projects. This announcement follows the recent acquisition of TWC Group, a leading Philadelphia-based provider of recruitment process outsourcing and specialty HR consulting services.
