TWC Group :: Executive Biography

Leslie Hafter has more than eight years of experience with the TWC Group. As Vice President of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Division, Leslie is responsible for the strategic vision and operational management of the largest business segment of the TWC Group. Leslie leads a team of more than 75 consultants across seven states that deliver solutions for maximizing the integration, efficiency and quality of their clients' recruitment function. Additionally, Leslie develops and delivers TWC Academy training initiatives.

Leslie has over 15 years of strategic and tactical recruiting experience in pharmaceutical, telecommunications, high-tech, financial services, venture capital, engineering, e-commerce and professional services environments. Since joining TWC as an individual contributor in 1998, she has worked with clients ranging from start-up companies to Fortune 50 corporations while steadily taking on more responsibility within TWC's corporate structure.

Prior to joining TWC, Leslie was the Training Manager at The Robinson Group, a "boutique" IT recruiting firm in the Philadelphia area. In addition to training all new employees, Leslie developed and managed numerous accounts, including CoreStates Bank (now Wachovia), Towers Perrin and Zeneca Pharmaceuticals (now AstraZeneca).

Leslie holds a Bachelors degree in English Literature from Vassar College.
