Robert Rosend oversees the operational management and strategic direction of TWC Group's HR Outsourcing (HRO) Division. This division delivers HR outsourcing and consulting services that maximize the impact that human capital management can have on retention, performance, employee relations, company culture, and management dynamics. Services include end-to-end HR outsourcing as well as assessments, training and consulting for compliance, compensation, employee development, executive mentoring, employee communications and organizational development.
A seasoned HR professional, Robert has more than 28 years of experience in a broad range of settings. Robert was previously the founder and president of HR Impact, a full-service Human Resources management services company that recently merged with TWC Group. As president of HR Impact, Robert built his company's reputation around delivering high quality, customized HR services to a wide range of businesses. Under his leadership, the company has helped reorganize HR Departments, align HR work with critical strategic objectives and ensured that HR Impact clients receive consistent "best practice" HR support in order to be as competitive in their respective markets as possible.
Prior to founding HR Impact, Robert was head of HR for Aetna's Mid-Atlantic Region which had merged with U.S. healthcare in the late 90's. While with Aetna, he helped improve financial results by leading high performance and customer-based quality initiatives within his region. During his last two years at Aetna, Robert was instrumental in reorganizing the company's Human Resources organization and implementing a new-tiered service center delivery model.
As Vice President of Human Resources for U.S. Healthcare he was instrumental in reshaping the HR function during a period of rapid, entrepreneurial growth. Special emphasis was placed on creating innovative programs in recruitment, compensation and organizational development to support the company's efficiency and increase customer satisfaction.
Robert has been a guest speaker for the Institute for International Research on Corporate Culture and has lectured at Villanova and West Chester University on a variety of HR topics. He received a B.S. degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin and a Master's degree in counseling psychology from Ball State University.
